Moon Dog Pizza in Sedona

I ordered a 3 topping large pizza for delivery and it was delivered in a reasonable amount of time and it was delicious!! Excellent thin crust that was nice and crispy. If you're ever in the Sedona area, give them a try. I highly recommend them!!

Local pizza shops are always the way to go when you are in a small or big town. They usually know what makes good pozza and this place is on that list. Would definitely come here again for lunch. 10/10

Been here a couple times, good pizza, good service. They have a room you can use for a meeting. Just make sure you call they them and reserve the room. I noticed a lot of to go pizza too. Piping hot pizza!

Holy moly, easily the best calzone of my life! Super delicious and we definitely weren't disappointed with the size. Service was nice too. Do yourself a favor, don't sleep on their calzones.

Really good handcrafted pizza with a delicious crust. Small seating area inside but great views of Coffee Pot mountain and surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Good local pizza delivery recommended by the hotel staff.... supreme had lots of toppings and a nice, crispy crust and good sauce. Online app was handy.

Called to order pizza and got hung up on after holding for 5 minutes. No answer when I tried to call again.

Very very good pizza and wings. It's small but there's still plenty of seating and the people are very nice. Five stars on taste by stars on value.

Total disappointment. I first tried calling around 7pm and there was a recording that the mailbox was full. So I did as their website recommended and I downloaded their app to order. I put in my order at 7:47pm. After waiting 45 minutes, I check the app which said my order was new. My checking account was charged. I looked at my profile and I had my phone number wrong but the app will not allow me to change it. Again I called over 8 times and no answer and no way to leave a msg. So I emailed their support with my problem. Still no reply, no text, no email, no call and Two hours later and still no pizza. Sad, just plain sad.

Fairly decent pizza. Better than the other Italian grills in sedona. On par with Peter Piper Pizza or other traditional oven pizzas. (american pizza is better than italian pizza, just saying)

Very disappointed that the pizza is not what it once was before they moved and no longer the same people preparing what used to be outstanding pizza. The quality is inferior to what it once was and we will not be back; overpriced for what you get. Wouldn’t mind the price if it was as good as it once was. The ingredients and cheese have been basically cut in half. The staff can’t seem to handle their business and can’t prepare orders timely or without mistakes and issues. We waited 45 minutes for a pizza and wings special. We witnessed other upset customers and issues with orders. Staff began telling customers they were not taking orders as they were unable to keep any kind of prep flow. It was only 6:30 pm and there were only five customers. Will be searching for another pizzeria to take our business. Will not be surprised if this business doesn’t survive.

Stopped by, ordered a pizza, the Toppings were great, the dough was good but the sauce was too runny. The toppings just slide right off the pizza, better use a knife and fork.

Ordered delivery to our hotel. Two medium pizzas. We ordered a pepperoni pizza with olives and each piece had 2 to 3 olives on it...hardly any. We paid over $50 for the two pizzas and a side salad. None of us were impressed. It was "ok" pizza. We were hoping for a tasty local pizza. Disappointed. 2 stars because at least it arrived warm.

Friendly staff. Double pepperoni pizza was great, the crust was just the right thickness and cooked to perfection. The mild wings are tastee and are hotter than the average mild wing. Therefore I'd recommend the mild wings if you're looking for a little kick. The bread sticks were average. I would recommend Moondog's Pizza!

Very friendly! I told him I had my pup waiting in the car and he offered a water cup for her and told me he would bring my food out as soon as it was ready. It slowly started to fill up and he assured me it wasn't a problem - that I could go wait with my pup. Cheese bread was delicious and the pizza was so fresh and so good. Overall great place to stop and grab a bite!

Pizza was good well worth a visit if you are in the area. We met herman and his family just good hard working folks. The kind we love to support with our patronage. His son was delivering pizzas while his grandson hung out with us in the dining room. They made us feel very welcome like we had been old friends for years even though it was our first visit. We will definitely be back. Thank you herman til we see you again god bless you and the fam.

By far the BEST PIZZA & WINGS I've had in a long time! They sling some serious pie in this place. Thick but crunchy crust. Wings cooked perfectly with a little crunch. And you can guarantee the flavor temperature is what it says it is. Mild has just the right amount of heat. The two folks working were the nicest folks. Even after my son soaked their floor with a full cup of soda. Just the best! If you really want great pizza and a laid back place to enjoy it at, Moon Dog Pizza is your place. When I'm back in Sedona I will surely be coming back here! I rarely do 5 stars folks.

Was in Sedona on vacation and saw this place. So glad we stopped. The food was great! If you get a chance you should definitely stop in or order delivery. You won't regret it.

Place was busy, has take out/ dine in, I ordered the classic pizza and spaghetti w/ meatballs for take out. Food was not rushed, it was perfect. Staff is very friendly and service was great, 👍 🍻

I decided to order from Moondog's because of the great reviews. Man I tell you, Moondogs did not disappoint! Pizza was done fast, it was delicious, and staff and the owner I believe, were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and positive. Will definitely come back!

Best philly sub ever all off the subs are exceptional and the pizza is so good great sauce and perfect sauce to cheese ratio on a delicious crust and top shelf ingredients and great recipes u can not loose moon dogs rocks

We will try other items on the menu since they offer more than pizza & wings which we were not aware of. We were recommended by our friend to check it out. Seriously good food. Tried the 6” Philly Cheesesteak and it was probably the best I’ve ever had. It was a large portion with great beef and delicious cheese. Went back the next day for a Calzone and it was also incredible. Dough was perfect and everything was cooked to perfection. Great service! Only minor con was the length to make my cheesesteak but the quality more than made up for it. Prices seem adequate for the quality of food!

The pizza and wings were fire, but dominoes or the school cafeteria make a better ham sub. Trust me don’t order it. If you stick to the pizza and wings you’re gonna be 5 star happy :)

Family of 5 on vacation. Order pizza garlic bread, and a large salad. Food is good and delivered timely. Gave us 1 ranch dressing in a 1/2oz cup. Called and woman on phone wants to argue about bringing more dressing. Gave the driver a 12 dollar tip on 60. Plus paid an additional 5 dollars for the 2.3 mile delivery. When the order is not right FIX IT. Please don't argue with the customer.

It was decent. But I always try to support small business. The owners and employees were great.

My friend and I were in Sedona looking for a good pizza joint and found Moon Dogs pizza. The service was really good and the food tasted good. The thing that turned me off of this place and WHY I will never go back is that no one used gloves or washed their hands. They would go from touching the dough to answering the phone to the dough again and then touching their face, etc. This totally turned me off and that's just too bad. Please folks think about where all those germs are going!!

Very nice people and amazing pizza and wings. We had a small puppy with us other restaurants wouldn't let us bring in and the man in charge that day answered when I inquired "we wouldn't be Moondog's for nothing." We all had a good time.

Amazing pizza and calzones! As long as they are open I will continue to be a loyal customer. Found them in 2009 yeah!
